New Empire Tops Out Kips Bay Project, Reaches Sales Milestone



Less than two months since launching sales, New Empire Corp.’s Hendrix House, a boutique condominium project, is celebrating topping out and its 50% in contract milestones. Located at 250 E. 25th St. in Manhattan’s Kips Bay neighborhood, Hendrix House has also opened a ground-floor sales gallery.
