
New images have been released of the model unit at Hendrix House in Kips Bay, Manhattan. The residential development at 250 East 25th Street also listed its penthouse residences on the market. Sales launched this summer for the 12-story development, which yields 60 units in studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts. Hendrix House is developed by New Empire Corp and designed by DXA Studio with resident spaces by interior designer Paris Forino. CORE Real Estate is handling sales and marketing, with co-exclusive agent One Realty.


The model unit, 10D, is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home with name-brand appliances and an open-concept floor plan. Interior design firm Domaine NY is responsible for staging. All units are designed with a home office space, equipped with shelving system and a desk with soft-close drawers and cord management. Kitchen finishes include marble countertops, backsplash, and islands; Gaggenau gas cooktops and ovens; and integrated Thermador refrigerators and Bosch dishwashers. Primary baths have Soho grey quartzite radiant-heated flooring, custom-built oak vanities with dual sink countertops, and bianco sivec marble walls.

Penthouse A is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout priced at $3,450,000 and spans 1,320 square feet.
Penthouse B is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout priced at $3,145,000 and spans 1,123 square feet.
Penthouse C is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout priced at $1,825,000 and spans 673 square feet.
