Summer is already halfway through – how time flies! Latest LIC condo market report from #TheSmithTeam shows among the 12 contracts signed last week, The Neighborly’s Apt. S5E stayed on the market for only 30 days before contract was signed, significantly outperforming its new development comps with an average of 532 days on market. – In Prospect Park South Brooklyn, 567 Ocean Avenue (www.567ocean.com) has 6% under contract since June. – Also in Brooklyn, Six Garfield (www.sixgarfield.com) in Park Slope is launching its sales on September 9th – stay tuned! 2020 has been a challenging year for all of us, but we’re seeing remarkable sales progress on our projects across New York City.
