Radiant, an innovative design project in Long Island City, highlights modern architecture and advanced amenities

RADIANT

Redefining modern living.

RADIANT

24-01 Queens Plaza N, Long Island City, NY 11101
Projected Completion: Feb 2026

Architectural design by ODA

Interior Designed by PARIS FORINO

Radiant is poised to be a standout feature of Long Island City, located strategically at Queens Plaza, right across from the Queensboro Bridge. This ODA New York designed building, with interiors by Paris Forino, occupies a prime spot at the corner of Queens Plaza North and 24th Street.

The project boasts easy access to seven subway lines, placing Manhattan just one stop away and enhancing the appeal for both residents and investors. Radiant will offer 117 condominium units, varying from efficient studios to spacious two-bedroom homes. The building will rise 19 floors, with select units featuring ODA’s characteristic recessed balconies and innovative cantilevered floors. A notable design element is the building’s sweeping curved corners, which lend a unique modern silhouette to the structure.

Amenities are thoughtfully designed to enhance urban living, including a penthouse resident lounge, communal outdoor spaces, a comprehensive fitness center, and on-site parking. The lower levels will accommodate commercial space, details of which are to be determined.

With its modern design and prime location, Radiant presents a promising opportunity for those looking to invest in or call Long Island City home. Project completion is targeted for 2025.
